Are You Eligible to Invest?

R2 investments are only available to investors who meet one of the following classifications under UK financial promotion regulations.

Certified High Net Worth Individual

Annual income of £100,000 or more, OR net assets of £250,000 or more (excluding primary residence and pension). You have signed, or are willing to sign, an HNW investor declaration within the past 12 months.

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor

You have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the past two years, been a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1m, or worked in private equity or in the provision of finance for SMEs in the past two years.
